Ensure good information about the client to the candidate, before the candidate enters into a dialogue with the client himself. Ensuring a well-oiled application process, timely informing the candidate and the client in the next steps and adjusting where necessary. As soon as a candidate is employed by a client for two months, we introduce an evaluation moment with both the candidate and the client.
