The Organization

The organization designs and develops AI applications that reliably support employees and customers in their daily work. They focus on organizations that are confronted with considerable complexity, for example due to laws and regulations and/or large volumes of (un) structured data, such as in the public sector, financial sector and knowledge institutions. They emphasize reliable, traceable and transparent technology, with a focus on ethics, privacy and impact.

The role

As an AI Engineer, you are involved in challenging AI projects for leading organizations, both from our office and at the customer's location. You play an important role in creating innovative solutions that add real value for the customer.

• You actively contribute ideas about reliable, transparent and accurate AI solutions and communicate your ideas effectively to your colleagues and customers.
• You develop robust and reliable AI solutions in close collaboration with diverse teams of colleagues and customers.
• You work with our modern AI tools and contribute to the further development of our platform.

Your profile

• We are looking for the most driven professionals in the field of AI Engineering:
• Engineering skills
• Python experience
• Good knowledge of data structures & algorithms
• Experience with the Linux command line: managing files, running scripts
• API agility: making API calls, creating API endpoints and docs, knowledge of FastAPI.
• Familiar with version control via Git: resolving commits, branches, pull requests, and merge conflicts
• Experience with developing, implementing and scaling models in containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes (pre)
• Specialist knowledge of AI, including:
  Prompt engineering
  Graph rag
  NLP Natural Language Processing (e.g., SPACy, NLTK)
  Semantic web technologies (e.g. RDF, SPARQL)
  Computer vision

Other

• You adapt quickly to new environments, show initiative and actually implement ideas
• You are curious, follow the current developments in your field in the market
• You have at least 3 years of experience in the role of AI/ML Engineer (medior level)
• You have experience with Agile working methods such as SCRUM
• You are fluent in Dutch (required) and have a good understanding of English
• You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science.
• You are available at least 32 hours a week.
