Functional Application Manager

The organization works daily to bring supply and demand together. As a marketplace, she has the role of matchmaker, intermediary and knowledge center.

The e-business department digitizes the matching between supply and demand. The department is 10 people who are responsible for a number of online (ERP) applications.

Function

In this position, you are responsible for managing, developing and testing these various applications. Through your proactive attitude, you advise the departments and identify opportunities for improvement.

In addition, your range of tasks includes:

· Monitoring the unity and uniformity of systems that are used in multiple locations.

· Software vendor's point of contact regarding bugs and malfunctions, coordinating updates and managing key user training and user guides;

· Formulating configuration (wishes) together with stakeholders

· Monitoring application management carried out by suppliers and monitoring the uniform way of working at all locations

· Preparation of test plans and the eventual testing of software application updates

· Supporting the team responsible for maintenance, management and project management

· Propose improvements to the functionality of applications.

You have:

· HBO work and thinking level,

· Knowledge of and affinity with automated ICT systems and applications

· Demonstrable work experience in a similar position

· Enthusiastic team player

· Good knowledge of Dutch and English

· Experience with project-based work

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
