Senior IT Business Consultant

As an IT Business Consultant at this independent IT consultancy, you help customers achieve IT transformations that are not only technically successful, but are also embraced by users. You'll focus on the human side of IT change, such as user adoption, training, and communication, while also understanding the broader context of organizational change. You use methodologies such as design thinking to design solutions that seamlessly meet users' needs.

What do you bring?

Technical and IT-specific skills

• Experience with (Low-Code) IT implementations and supervising adoption processes.
• Basic knowledge of project management methods such as Agile or Scrum.
• Insight into the impact of digital transformation on business processes and people.

Change Management and Adoption Skills

• Experience in setting up user-oriented adoption processes, including training courses and workshops.
• Understanding various change models

Business skills

• Ability to translate IT solutions into strategic business goals and benefits for the organization.
• Expertise in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement (Lean Six Sigma).

Soft skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to understand complex issues and come up with practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including attention to storytelling, to communicate ideas and insights effectively.

Experience and background

1. Completed HBO/WO, work or thinking level), preferably in a relevant field such as business administration, IT or change management.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a role as IT Business Consultant, Change Manager or similar.
3. Fluent command of the Dutch and English languages, both orally and in writing.
